– WSE-200G is suitable for argon arc welding (TIG) and manual welding (MMA) of various metals.
– The biggest feature of WSE-200G is that it can be used for direct current TIG welding of materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel (0.3-4.0mm), as well as for AC TIG welding of aluminum alloys and aluminum magnesium alloy products (0.8-3.0mm).
– 2T/4T working mode conversion function: In the traditional welding/stopping 2T welding, the 4T welding function of starting/welding/ending/stopping has been added, improving the welding quality of the entire weld seam.
– WSE-200G has a cleaning pulse width adjustment function: when the current flows from the tungsten needle to the workpiece, it is the reverse current time. At this time, it can clean the surface oxide layer of the workpiece, which helps to achieve good welding results.
– WSE-200G has a current attenuation adjustment function: When welding is completed and the arc is not terminated, to ensure good forming, the current is required to gradually decrease to a stop.
– WSE-200G has gas delay function: The workpiece that has just been welded will be oxidized due to the heat, so after stopping welding, the argon gas blown out by the welding gun should be used to cool for a period of time.
