When high-frequency current passes through the coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated. When the magnetic field lines inside the magnetic field pass through the metal workpiece to be heated, the alternating magnetic field lines penetrate the metal workpiece to form a circuit. Therefore, eddy currents are generated in its cross-section, causing local rapid heating of the workpiece to be heated, thereby achieving the purpose of industrial heating welding.

Induction heating welding is a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate high-frequency induced eddy current thermal effects, thereby heating the workpiece. It is essentially a frequency converter with power control function.
It mainly melts the solder by heating it to a certain temperature, thereby connecting two metals of the same or different materials together. The specific applications are as follows:
a. Welding of various hardware cutting tools: welding of diamond cutting tools, grinding tools, drilling tools, alloy saw blades, hard alloy turning tools, milling cutters, cutting tools, cutting tools, woodworking drill bits, etc.
b. Welding of various hardware machine accessories: silver welding and copper welding of four types of metal or dissimilar metals, including hardware bathroom products, refrigeration copper accessories, lighting accessories, precision tool accessories, hardware handles, egg beaters, alloy pots and steel, steel and copper, and copper and copper.
