Manual IGBT Inverter Co2 Gas Shielded Welding Machine
The NBC series IGBT inverter carbon dioxide gas shielded welding machine has a simple structure and uses 50/60Hz mains power rectification to convert it into DC. Then, high-power GBT is used to invert the DC into high-frequency AC (with a frequency of up to 20KHz), and the voltage is reduced and rectified for welding use.
Description
Feature
The characteristics of this machine are as follows:
1. Adopting advanced inverter technology and strong pulse arc ignition, the success rate of arc ignition is high, and it has the function of eliminating balls when closing the arc.
2. Imported core components such as GBT and professional radiator channels ensure a longer service life for the entire welding machine and its components.
3. Lightweight, small in size, and easy to move.
4. The welding bead is aesthetically pleasing, saves electricity, has a high power factor, and requires low grid capacity.
5. Industrial grade welding machines, with unique anti-interference protection technology, ensure excellent operation in harsh environments such as high temperature dust.
6. Equipped with arc stopping function, after coarse welding wire is welded, release the micro switch of the gun head, and the wire feeding and arc voltage will automatically decay and fill the arc pit.
7. After the new configuration (including wire feeder and welding gun), beautiful aluminum welding beads can be welded.
8. Suitable for welding low carbon steel and alloy steel, suitable for industries such as shipbuilding steel structure, machinery, and hardware.
