40kW High-Frequency Induction Heating Brazing Machine

Induction heating welding machines are mainly used for welding, quenching, melting, forging, hot fitting, hot forming, hot correction, and pipeline heating. Choose the power supply based on power and frequency. The higher the frequency, the shallower the heating depth, and the lower the frequency, the better the thermal performance. Power: 15-100kw, frequency: 30-100KHZ.

Description

Feature

The principle of high-frequency induction heating welding is to use high-frequency alternating current to flow towards a conductor (usually a copper tube) that is curled into a circular shape, generating a magnetic beam. When the metal is placed inside, the magnetic beam will penetrate the metal body and generate eddy currents (rotating currents) in the direction of self rotation with the magnetic beam. This induced current generates heat under the influence of eddy currents, and this heating method is induction heating. Therefore, heated objects such as metals can be heated in a non-contact state. At this point, the characteristic of eddy current is the concentrated induction heating on the object close to the coil, which is stronger on the surface and weaker inside the object. Using this principle, the necessary areas of the heated object are centrally heated to achieve instantaneous heating effect, which relatively increases production and workload.
